The conference starts on Wednesday July 26th at 6:00 P.M. and ends Friday July 28th. LBC teens will be leaving from 1600 Ute Avenue at 6:00 A.M. Please be at the church no later than 5:45 A.M.
Please bring a sack lunch to eat on Wednesday. We will be on the road all day and won’t have much time to stop to eat.
The conference will conclude on Friday afternoon. We will begin making our trip back after the conference. We are estimating that we will be back at the church by 11:00 P.M. If that changes, we will be in contact with all parents.
The total amount that is needed to attend this trip is $140. This will cover all hotels, travel expenses, and food. If your student would like to buy anything extra, they are encouraged to bring their own spending money.
*You must have at least $55 turned in by July 1st. If not, there will be an additional $10 added to your conference fee.

This trip is for students who are in 7th-12th grade. If you were in 6th grade, but are entering 7th grade this year, you are eligible to attend. If you graduated high school this year, you are also able to attend.
A youth trip is not just a fun event although we will have a lot of fun. A youth trip like this one is completely centered on Christ. Your teen will hear many sermons that convict their hearts. Parents, please encourage your teen to attend.
A packing list will be sent home that will tell you everything you need to bring. If you would like to receive that via email, please make sure Bro. Ryan has your email address. (Deodorant will definitely be on that list.)
Girls should wear modest, knee-length skirts, culottes, or dresses for all events. Tight-fitting or low-cut clothing should not be worn.
Guys should wear modest jeans or nice casual pants, and collared shirts. T-shirts that advertise worldly items or lifestyles should not be worn.
